The Collar Club Ltd (hereafter referred to as “The Collar Club”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a limited company that provides doggy day care and associated services such as dog walking and exclusive hire (collectively known as the “services”). 

 

1.0 Liability
1.1 The Collar Club Ltd accept no responsibility for any damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the indoor play area.
1.2 All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by The Collar Club Ltd. 
1.3 Any breakages or damage to the play area or equipment must be paid for by the dog owner. 
1.4 All dogs using The Collar Club must be fully up-to-date with their vaccinations.
 

2.0 Booking & Payment
2.1 Bookings and payment must be made in advance via our website
 

3.0 Cancellation Policy
3.1 24 hrs notice is required for any cancellations.  

4.0 Entering and Leaving 
4.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to allow enough time to arrive, unload their dog(s), enjoy the session, and then leave safely within their time slot. 
4.2 Anyone remaining over their time slot will need to pay for the extra slot (subject to availability).

4.3 If the customer arrives late, the booking time cannot be extended. 
4.4 Dogs must be kept on a lead and under their owners control until they are inside the play area.

5.0 Code of Ethics
5.1 Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.
 

6.0 Maintenance
6.1 The customer is responsible for picking up their dogs poo using the poo bags provided by The Collar Club. Poo bags will be disposed of by The Collar Club.
6.2 Fresh water bowls are provided for each session by The Collar Club.
6.3 No litter is to be left behind after a session.  Bins are available.
6.4 If a customer has any concerns as to the condition of the play area, they should notify the assistant at the start of the session.
 

7.0 Parking
7.1 Limited parking is available outside The Collar Club
7.2 Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk and The Collar Club Ltd accept no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, accident or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.

8.0 Children 
8.1 Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

9.0 Toys & Agility Equipment

9.1 Toys and agility equipment are for the sole use of dogs only and are not intended for any other purpose.
9.2 Customers are politely asked to tidy toys at the end of each session, ready for the next customer.

10.0 Your Data
10.1 We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking or to inform you of any future events.  The information is not used for any other purpose or shared to any third parties.
